In the State of Washington we have one of the fastest, affordable, and streamlined probate systems in the country. Unlike California, where executors and lawyers are paid a percentage of the estate. This is not so in Washington. Here our firm (and the executor you choose) only charges for the work we actually do, what we accomplish, and the results achieved.

Washington probate begins with your executor filing your will with the court and, with proper legal counseling, being officially appointed. Now the executor is in charge and the court does not intervene with the executor’s job, which it to send out notice of his or her appointment, gather up & protect all your property and disburse it to heirs after paying the bills. If a huge bill is possible, plan ahead with life, liability and/or credit insurance. It can be that simple. That is the goal of my firm, Lowell Dale Young, LLC.
