I am an experienced wills, estate planning and real estate attorney. For over 3 decades I have been preparing wills and trusts and advising clients regarding their estates and probates. We all need assistance in planning for those we may leave behind.

My practice also includes actively helping home owners avoid foreclosure by assistance with HARP "under water" refinancing through loan modification, short sales and DIL (deed in lieu) transactions I also review and draft real estate documents including Purchase and Sale Agreements, Leases, Easements, Promissory Notes, and Deeds of Trust.

Although I have been a resident of North Seattle since 1991, my Seattle law practice predates that. For most of the last 35 years I maintained a successful law office in historic Pioneer Square. Yet, at this point in my career, I have kept my client’s legal fees comparatively low in my specialties. Six years ago when, like a lot of North Seattle residents, I grew tired of the downtown commute. I opened a satellite office just south of Shoreline where office expenses are lower. Lower office costs mean lower fees for my clients.

For client convenience I hold consultations in Northgate, Lake City, or Downtown Seattle.

However, I represent clients on a regular basis throughout King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Kitsap counties, not to mention former clients in Skagit and Thurston counties and in central Washington.

As an attorney licensed to practice anywhere in the State of Washington, I look forward to serving the legal needs of people no matter what county, state, or country they are from.
